Discovery

We start by learning as much as humanly possible.

Strategise & Plan

The “measure twice, cut once” stage of the process.

We will get crystal clear on the way forward with a strategic plan made to measure. Our goal is to help you define who you are, who you aren’t, and what success looks like, so the foundations are strong when we get to designing. We’ll etch out more detailed timelines and key milestones so you know exactly what we’re working on, when.

We’ll also begin to clarify your concepts (and just between us, this is our favourite part). We present our initial concepts early in the project to make sure we’re headed in the right direction.

Design & Develop

We bring a little magic to the equation.

Once a clear strategy is in place, we can unleash all our creative energy. Here is where we design, ideate and build until we have something that makes your brand sing. You will be kept in the loop as much, or as little, as you are comfortable with as we iterate through the creative process and develop your final product.

Delivery

This is the best part - where your story comes to life.

We’ll present your final designs, answer any questions, and give you all the tips, tools and support to successfully launch your new brand or website and maximise your outcome. Then it’s time to revisit your original goals, take a step back, and watch those results roll in.
